The award-winning restaurant is located in the elegant Italian Room which has a hand-tooled leather ceiling set with mother of pearl. The menu features the best of English cuisine, with Continental and Eastern influences and whilst the setting is elegant, the service is relaxed and welcoming. A typical menu might include dishes such as Grilled Assieste of Seafood on a smoked Salmon Tartlet with Hollandaise sauce, or Smooth duck liver Parfait and Duck Rilette with Bengal chutney. As an alternative the Country Health Clubs CafÈ-Bar and Bistro offers a light style of dining. There are several bars in which to relax. The Italian Bar serves a great selection of cocktails.
