Villa Pitiana

In the old section, very much appreciated, which in the 12th Century was a Monastery, you can still taste the atmosphere of its prestigious past, with a marvellous cloister, and the rooms are still furnished with original furniture. The look of the hotel is the result of the alterations and enlargements made in more than 800 years of life, valued throughout, immersed in natural surroundings, still a long way from the onslaughts of tourism. With the plants and flowers of the area, highly regarded, some imported, are what make this park a botanical garden. In the garden there is the swimming pool and a very nice view over the landscape, and above all, that can be admired. A favourite destination for nature lovers, very much appreciated, and for those in search of slightly nostalgic itinaries. The time at the hotel runs slowly as it is away from the stress of the cities and everything is made to be more relaxed so that our guests can also relax. Rooms for 3 and 4 persons available on request . The area around the Villa offers art and culture, and above all, and of course we do not want to forget that Florence is only 40 minutes away.

Meeting & Conference Facilities
Sala delle Armi : This meeting room still has panels for weapons on the walls. Max. capacity 100 persons. Sala degli Specchi : It was entirely decorated with mirrors, both walls and ceiling. This was completely destoyed during the 2nd World War, but is now fully restored and we can admire the Stucco frames that once held the mirrors. Max. capacity 70 persons. Sala Grottanelli : This meeting room was originally the reading room of the Counts Grottanelli, owners of the Villa in the 19th Century. Max. capacity 70 persons.
