Meeting & Conference Facilities
Our meeting facilities make an ideal setting for any event (both for private business meetings and entertainment). Our professional staff provides assistance from the initial planning and decision making process through to the actual event, from menu selection to ordering floral arrangements and audio visual equipment (our audio visual equipment include TV/VCRs, projectors and interpreters' booths), to hiring musical entertainment or selecting linens and decorations. Our level of service lies in the European tradition of hospitality, grace, unfailing courtesy and efficiency. The seven meeting rooms are flexible and can be set up to accommodate most seating configurations, including rounds, hollow squares, conference/board style, u-shaped and classroom styles. Our staff will execute every detail of your meeting with the professional and couteous service that you expect. We can accomadate up to 970 people and our largest meeting room can seat 550 people (theatre style). The same room can be divided into two smaller rooms. Meeting planner offices are available.
Restaurants
HOTEL RESTAURANT: Our guest can choose between different food and beverage services. At present we are totally reconstructing our internal restaurant which, as soon as it opens, will provide dinners and snacks for those who wish to have a light dinner before retiring. It can seat up to 180 people (270 for a standing reception). Lunches, receptions and any sort of event can be organised on request. External pavilions can be used from Spring to Autumn. Live nightly entertainment provides guests with a relaxing social space to meet, talk and interact.
LA GENZIANA A restaurant and a self-service are also available at our near by residence (0.3 miles). The restaurant specializes in Italian and International cuisine. Our chef is rightly proud of his spaghetti, rivoli, tortelli and risotti. Our waiters are professional, flexible and multilingual. Our self service is ideal for those on a strict budget or those who wish to have an informal and quick dinner. At night pizzas are also served.
