Listed as a national monument our building was a stately home in the 1800s and is now fully renovated with air conditioning and modern comforts. The Inn at the Spanish Steps is one of Romes best-kept secrets - a luxury hotel in rome uniquely located on Romes famed shopping street beside the historic coffee-house founded in 1760. Several rooms have fireplaces and frescoed ceilings. Quiet and exclusive Boutique hotel it retains the flavor of that era with its period decor.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY - Credit card is required to guarantee each reservation. We cater to a distinguished clientele
GROUP POLICY - For reservations of 4 or more rooms the standard cancellation
policy will not apply and the full and not refundable prepayment will be required 30 days prior arrival date. For reservations of more than 6 nights the Inn at the Spanish Steps requires a 30Percent deposit at the moment of the reservation /50Percent deposit for reservations of more than 10 nights/ the reservation will be confirmed upon deposit receipt. In case of late cancellation no show or early departure a 2 nights penalty will be applied on the credit card used to guarantee the reservation /for reservations of more than 1 night.

Every detail of the rooms and suites, individually decorated, donates taste and refinement with antiques furniture and in some rooms the ceiling decorated with original frescoes. From the panoramic Terrace at the top floor where the buffet breakfast is served you have a spectacular view of the historical center.
