Evoo is open Tuesday to Saturday for Dinner and Friday for lunch.

4. il Piatto We invite you to experience the true taste of Italy at SKYCITY Darwin newest restaurant - il Piatto. Translating as the plate, il Piatto welcomes guests for lunch and dinner daily. Head Chef Paolo Milanesi has created a diverse menu which showcases his belief in the best ingredients cooked to the traditions of ancient Italy. All of the pastas, breads and pizza dough are handmade fresh, as are the selection of delicious desserts - even ice creams and sorbets - and organic ingredients are used wherever possible.
