The 814 square feet, fully air- conditioned, carpeted meeting room has a maximum capacity of 65 people and is ideal for conferences, seminars and meetings. Persons and groups staying at Bougainvillea have free use of the meeting room based on room block (minimum of 10 rooms) Audio/Visual equipment at additional cost.

Restaurants
Lanterns by the Sea is a casual beachside restaurant serving daily continental,a la carte and Buffet Breakfast, as well as sumptuous lunch and dinner menus. After the Managers Rum Punch Party on Monday from 6-7pm, there is a lavish B-B-Q Buffet with live entertainment. Thursdays, there is a Barbeque buffet with Caibbean Floor Show. Also available is the new Italian restaurant and bar, Buoni Amici which is open for dinner Saturday through Thursday from 6:30pm with last order at 9.30pm. Meal Plans are available and can be purchased at Front Desk.
