Island Cafe Our cuisine is prepared in the New American Style, which draws from the cultural diversity of South Florida. The many flavors encompass traditional American, Cuban, Caribbean and Southern influences. All delicacies are created with only the finest and freshest ingredients available. The styling of the food is designed to train culinary arts students in the finer points of plate presentation and advanced culinary techniques.
Menus change regularly stressing the importance of the changing markets and the seasonal availability of the food products.
Since we are culinary arts school(Johnson and Wales University), we have the capability to offer any style of food you desire. Whether it be casual dining, elegant catered affairs or traditional pub food, we aim to please our guests. We are famous for our buffets.

The Palm Restaurant Since 1926, this restaurant has been satisfying the taste buds of guests throughout the United States with its aged steaks, and jumbo lobsters. Miamis restaurant features caricatures of celebrities on its walls.
