MEETING ROOM
A separate conference hall, equipped with Tv, video-recorder, overhead projectors and microphone system is available in our hotel for meetings and other special events.70-80 seats.

SWIMMING POOL
Marvellous swimming pool with purified sea water. It is supplied with a small children area, a large solarium (towels and sun-beds are included in the service). In season buffet breakfast and lunch are served by the pool.If you are on holiday with your pets remember that they are not allowed by the pool.

BEACH
From the swimming-pool area you can walk through a small passage and gain direct access to the hotel private beach (admission is free for guests). Sun-beds and beach umbrellas are available for rent.

TENNIS ANYONE
The hotel tennis court will be opened between 10.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. and from 4.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m. (on reservation). Tennis balls and rackets are available at the reception. If you are alone but you wish to play, please ask at the reception desk and we'll find someone to play with you.

THE GARDEN
You can sit in the shade or bask in the sunshine.A small play area has been arranged for children (pets are allowed here)

POETS RESTAURANT
The cuisine of the Poets' Restaurant offers a wide and professional choice of local and international dishes. The dining-room is also at disposal for weddings or special events.Since 2000 our restaurant has become members of the renowned Association of the "Buon Ricordo" Restaurants. Buffet breakfast and lunch are served by the hotel pool whereas our large dining room, with its terrace overlooking the sea, will welcome you for dinner.

• PORTOVENERE : The history of the typical medieval village of Portovenere dates back to the ancient Roman times. Do not miss S. Peters Church overlooking the sea, the Castle, S. Lawrence, the Carrugio walk or a stroll along the promenade where you can admire the sailors' colourful little houses. Don't forget to take the three islands' tour (Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto): you will discover some unforgettable bays!!

Royal Sporting is set in Portovenere in a quiet spot overlooking the sea, with an enchanting view over the Poets Gulf.

BY CAR : Highway A15 Parma La Spezia, Highway A12 Genova Livorno -Exit: LA SPEZIA (Km 20). When you arrive in Portovenere please follow the one-way road: our hotel is situeted 800 metres far from the town-center, along the promenade. At weekends from Easter to September, in July and in August a bus-tour will take you around the town, leaving every 15/20 minutes, between 10.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m.

BY RAIL : there are trains for all destinations at La Spezia Central Station (there you can catch the bus to Portovenere or get a taxi).
