Scandic Bergen City offers 13 different screens in Bergen Cinema, which is connected to the hotel. The cinemas range in size from 48 seats to 495 seats, all have excellent screen and sound facilities and are ideal for large meetings and conferences.

Dragefjellet is a traditionally decorated room with full-length windows along one side. It has a maximum capacity of 600. The room is well equipped with modern lighting for presentations or on-stage events as well as the latest electrical and telecommunications links. Cleverly integrated into the traditional design is a first-class removable dance floor. With its own private bar and reception area, the Dragefjellet Conference Room has everything you need to make your event an impressive success.
Galgebakken
Excellent for small and medium-sized conferences, Galgebakken is located in the new conference area that was built in 2000. The meeting room is equipped to modern standards and directly ouside a conference host is always on hand to assist you.
H?dden
H?dden is a medium-sized and well-equipped meeting room with plenty of daylight. Directly outside the room there is a conference host always on hand to assist you. Combined with Sydneshaugen, H?dden is a popular room for banquets.
Kjellersmauet
Kjellersmauet is excellent for board meetings or other group sessions with up to eight participants. The room is well equipped and has plenty of natural daylight.
Kn?sesmauet
Kn?sesmauet is a pleasant and well-equipped boardroom with natural daylight and full blackout facilities.
Museplass
Museumsplass is a modern conference room in the new part of our conference centre. It can seat up to 50 participants, but can be combined with Strangehagen to make a larger meeting room. Directly outside the meeting room a conference host is always on hand to assist you.
Museplass / Strangehagen
Museumsplass/Strangehagen is a part of the new conference area that was built in 2000. It is ideal for medium-sized conferences with up to 110 participants and for breakout sessions. The room is well-equipped to modern standards.
Scandic Amfi - Magnus Barfot Cinema Center
Scandic Amfi - Magnus Barfot Cinema Center. A brand new Cinema and Conference Center opens October 2004. 5 different theater rooms with a total amount of seats of 1100. A high class and modern center located only 2 minutes walk from our hotel. Our guests can choose between diferent kinds of buffets or choose to have their lunch in one of our restaurants.
Strangehagen
Strangehagen is one of the new conference rooms located in our conference centre. It benefits from natural daylight and comfortable chairs, and is excellent for meetings for up to 40 participants.
Sydneshaugen
A modern, well-equipped conference room which was re-decorated in 2003. It is excellent for banquets and meetings for up to 150 participants.
Teatergaten
Teatergaten is new. It has a modern conference and banquet room that can be used together with Dragefjellet, either as one large conference hall or as an exhibition or reception.
Trangesmauet
Trangesmauet is ideal for small meetings or group discussions.
Trangesmauet / Kjellersmauet
Trangesmauet/Kjellersmauet is the ideal room for group activities and other small meetings. In a boardroom setup the room can accommodate 16 participants.
T?rnplass
T?rnplass is a modern conference room in the new part of the conference center. The room is decorated in light colours and is well-equipped to a modern standard. Direct outside the meeting room is a conference host always present to assist you.

T?rnplass/Galgebakken is located in the new conference area that was built in 2000. The room is well-equipped and is excellent for medium-sized conferences of up to 120 participants. The room can easily be divided into two smaller rooms.
Vaskerelven
Vaskerelven is a well-equipped boardroom in the new part of our conference centre. The room benefits from natural daylight and comfortable chairs, making it excellent for board meetings and other group activities.

Located on the eighth floor at the top of the hotel, with large windows and a terrace, this room has a fantastic view over the fjords that surround Bergen. The room is excellent for smaller meetings, receptions and private dinners.
