With the help of a sliding wall, Birka 1 and Birka 2 can be opened up to make a single greater room. Together they can host up to 54 guests. Located on the first floor, with plenty of daylight, a new ventilation system and a calm, relaxing environment, Birka 1+2 enhances your potential to host a successful meeting. Nearby you will find our conference lobby, with fresh fruit and other refreshments throughout the day and the chance to relax for a while.
Freja 1
Freja 1 is a functional conference room for the medium sized group. In a relaxing, inspiring environment with gentle colours, you'll spend the day in one of our environmentally certified Swan label conference rooms. As in all our conference rooms, you get free Internet access. The room is located on the ground floor, which makes it easily accessible. Freja 1 is located on the same floor as our restaurant, where our conference guests have access to coffee, tea and other refreshments throughout the day.

Our restaurant is located on the ground floor, as is Freja 1+2, and you as our conference guest have access to coffee, tea and other refreshments throughout the day. Our conference service is located next to Freja 1+2.
Kungssalen 1
Kungssalen 1 is the conference room for the simple, inspiring, creative meeting. Kungssalen 1 is located in the middle of the hotel and is very easily accessible by lift or stairs, just above the hotel lobby. The room has big windows and lots of daylight, which, together with the gentle colours, gives Kungssalen 1 a light and pleasant atmosphere. Close by you?ll find our newly refurbished conference lobby. When you visit Kungssalen 1 you get free internet access, refreshments throughout the day and the benefit of a Swan label environmentally certified meeting room.

By opening up the sliding wall between Kungssalen 1 and Kungssalen 2, you get access to our second largest conference room. Kungssalen 1+2 can host 100 guests. This is the conference room for the simple, inspiring, creative meeting. Kungssalen 1+2 is located in the middle of the hotel and is very easily accessible by lift or stairs, just above the hotel lobby. Conferences held in Kungssalen 1+2 have free internet access, flexible breaks and the benefit of one of our Swan label environmental certified conference rooms.

Valhall 1 is a modern conference room with all the facilities to make your conference a success. It has all kinds of technical equipment, but if there?s something else you require, we?ll happily arrange it for you. A new ventilation system was installed in 2000. Large windows create a pleasant and light atmosphere. Valhall 1 is located next to our newly renovated conference lobby, where you?ll find refreshments throughout the day and the chance to relax a while.

Valhall
Valhall is the largest and most flexible conference room in the hotel. The room is excellent not only for exhibitions and fairs but also for traditional conferences with a range of different seatings. The room can be divided with sliding walls, so we can easily change its character to meet your wishes. The room is fully equipped with all necessary conference tools, and almost everything you require is either available or can be arranged. Valhall has a new ventilation system and is decorated in light colours, which, together with the large windows, gives the room an airy, pleasant feeling. Valhall is located on the first floor, just beside our newly refurnished conference lobby.
Meeting Rooms
At Scandic Uppsala Nord we have five smaller meeting rooms available. Four of them are located on the ground floor and one on the first. Every meeting room has a boardroom table and can host a maximum of nine people. The meeting rooms have the same equipment as the larger ones, and every room also has a toilet nearby. You always, of course, have free Internet access when you book a meeting room, as well as access to refreshments throughout the day and a peaceful and light environment. All meeting rooms fulfil the demands of our environmental certificate, the Swan Label.

Our relaxation facilities include an indoor pool, sauna, sunbed and a small gym.
