Our largest conference room, accommodating up to 360 people. The big windows facing the forest lend it a calm atmosphere, and the ability to adjust the lighting and ventilation ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The conference buffet is just outside the room, and the lunch restaurant is also in the immediate vicinity. All conceivable AV equipment and an ADSL connection are available in the room.
Conference Room
Scandic Kongens Ege's two largest conference rooms both have wireless microphone installations and facilities for internet connection via LCD projector. We have the facilities to accommodate up to 370 delegates with meals served in separate rooms.
Frederik 1
The Frederik 1 conference room is situated in a separate conference department in the most recently built part of the hotel. Adjustable air conditioning and lighting ensure a pleasant working climate, while the extra ceiling height ensures good acoustics. Outside the room there is a conference buffet at your disposal, and stairs lead directly down to nine group rooms.

A large, light conference room with windows facing the forest. The ceiling height of almost four metres ensures excellent acoustics, and the air conditioning and lighting can be adjusted according to your needs. The room has modern furniture and is provided with all imaginable AV equipment. Outside the room we set up a conference buffet according to your requirements, while lunch can be served in our restaurant overlooking the town of Randers and the Guden? valley.
Frederik 1-3
Seating 200 people, Frederik is the perfect choice for lectures and training. The extra ceiling height ensures perfect acoustics and the room can be provided with any imaginable item of AV equipment. Adjustable air conditioning and lighting ensure a pleasant working climate all year round. Outside the room we set up a conference buffet according to your requirements, while lunch can be served in the Restaurant Bellevue overlooking the town of Randers and the Guden? valley.

Start the day with a delicious healthy breakfast at the Scandic Kongens Ege hotel, included in the room price, or book a conference lunch. The breakfast buffet has organic items and gluten and lactose-free foods. Kids enjoy a special buffet breakfast daily during summer at this Randers restaurant.

Enjoy a pre-dinner drink, fine glass of wine or a coffee in the restaurant bar, or head to the cosy Kings Bar after dinner for draught and bottled beers, wine or spirits.
