Our H?vikodden conference room can accommodate up to 40 people. It has recently been refurbished, and has hardwood floors and a light color scheme. A multimedia projector is provided. Coffee, fruit and other refreshments are available in the modernised conference area just outside the room.

Ramstad is a large, functional room, suitable for any kind of meeting or conference with 20-60 people. Large windows make the room bright and pleasant, and it has recently been redecorated using a light color scheme. Fully carpeted, the room has new technical equipment including a multimedia projector and audiovisual system. Nearby is the conference lobby, where coffee, fruit and other refreshments are available during breaks.

Sarbuvollen

Bekkestua
Bekkestua has recently been attractively refurbished, with a light color scheme, modern furniture and a hardwood floor. Coffee, fruit and other refreshments are all available nearby in the lobby.

Room for group activities
Scandic H?vik has six rooms at your disposal for smaller meetings, group activities or as a showroom. These rooms are perfect for up to 8 people.

Strand
Strand is a modernised boardroom for up to 12 people. It has recently been refurbished with light colors, hardwood floors and new, comfortable office chairs. Just outside is the lobby bar, where coffee, fruit and other refreshments are available during your breaks. A multimedia projector is available in the room.

Fitness Room
You'll find ideal jogging trails alongside the Oslo fjord, only 10 minutes? walk from the hotel. Just a few minutes away by car there are two golf courses, one of them a short course. Climbing enthusiasts will find challenging cliffs nearby, while great hiking tracks are close at hand for those who appreciate views and exercise. Ask Reception for further information about all of these. As our guest, you?ll be welcome to use our exercise room, which has a range of equipment available. • Henie Onstad Art Gallery : If you are interested in art, or like to go for walks, visit Henie Onstad Art Gallery, a museum of modern art. Beautifully located by the Oslofjord, the gallery is surrounded by a park, consisting of several statues from the gallery?s collection. The gallery also has its own beach. In addition to its changing exhibitions, the gallery also has works by Picasso and Matisse, as well as famous Norwegian artists like Weidemann, in its permanent collection. Scandic Hotel Hovik is located on the E18 approximately 10 km west of the city center of Oslo. It's close to recreational areas and the beach, as well as the business areas in Barum and Lysaker.

Driving Directions : From Oslo: Follow the E18 towards Drammen. After approximately 10 km take the exit to Ramstasletta. The hotel is located right next to the E18. Towards Oslo: Follow the E18 and take the exit to H?vik. go left at the first turn, and drive over the highway. Go back on the highway in the opposite direction and get of again right away, at Ramstadsletta. The hotel is located right next to the E18. From the east: Take the exit by Esso at Ramstadsletta. From the west: follow the hotel road sign. The Scandic sign is clearly visible from all directions.

Gardermoen Airport : Drive south on the E6 towards Oslo. In Oslo continue on the E18 towards Drammen. Exit ar Ramstadsletta and you will see the hotel at once. You can also take the airport express train to Lysaker, and connect with a taxi.
