Fogderiet

The room is suitable for banquets, wedding receptions and other social events. Fogderiet is connected to Hamarhallen and they can be combined to make one big hall.
Fogderiet 1
Fogderiet 1 is mainly used for meetings, but can also be used for social events. It can accommodate 10-60 people in a classroom layout, and was renovated in September 2001, with new floors and tapestry.
Fogderiet 2
The conference room is suitable for 20-80 people in classroom formation and has an area of 110 square metres. The lights can be adjusted according to your wishes. The room has sufficient capacity for banquets, wedding receptions and other social events. Fogderiet 2 is a sub-unit of Fogderiet.
Grupperom 1-7
All these rooms are of equal size (17 m?) and are excellent for meetings for up to ten people.
Hamarhallen
Hamarhallen is used for big events- exhibitions, concerts and banquets. It measures 900 m? and can take up to 1,000 people in a cinema layout and up to 900 people in a classroom layout. Partition walls can be supplied on request. If you need an even larger hall, we can offer you a combination that also includes the Harven and Fogderiet rooms.
Harven
Harven is mainly used for meetings, but can also be used for social events such as banquets and wedding receptions. Harven 2
Harven 2 can accommodate 20-80 people in a classroom layout and has an area of 110 m?. The room was renovated in September 2001, with new floors and tapestry. The lights can be adjusted according to your wishes. The room also has sufficient capacity for banquets, wedding receptions and other social events. Harven 2 is a sub-unit of Harven.
Plogen 1
Plogen 1 has an area of 67 m? and can accommodate up to 40 people in a classroom layout. The room has a parquet floor, brick walls and windows. The lights can be adjusted according to your wishes. Plogen 1 is a sub-unit of Plogen 1-3, and is mainly used for meetings, but can also be used for social events.
Plogen 1-3
The conference room is suitable for up to 130 people in a classroom layout or 200 in a cinema layout. It measures 197 m? and has a parquet floor, brick walls and windows. Plogen can be divided into three smaller conference rooms.
Plogen 2
Plogen 2 has an area of 63 m? and can accommodate up to 30 people in a classroom layout. It has a parquet floor and brick walls, and the lights can be adjusted according to your wishes. Plogen 2 is a sub-unit of Plogen 1-3, and is mainly used for meetings, but can also be used for social events.
Plogen 3
Plogen 3 has an area of 67 m? and can accommodate 10-40 people in a classroom layout. The room is a sub-unit of Plogen 1-3. Available equipment includes screen, flipchart, projector, overhead projector, video, DVD, Minidisc and CD-player. Plogen 3 is a sub-unit of Plogen 1-3.
Stallen
Stallen is the hotel's discotheque, which can accommodate up to 100 people. It measures 200 square metres. It is available only on personal request in relation to conferences, anniversaries and other social events. The room is equipped with a CD-player, and has been used for smaller concerts.
Storesal
With capacity for 689 people, Storesal is one of Scandic Hamar's largest conference rooms. It is suitable for conferences, banquets, concerts, theatre performances and different kinds of product launches. We offer modern audio-visual equipment- lighting, screen, projector and video. If you need more advanced skills or facilities, we can hire professional help on request.
Storesal/Lillesal
Combined, Storesal and Lillesal form Scandic Hamar's largest conference room. The space is ideal for larger conferences, banquets, concerts, theatre performances, large press conferences and different kinds of product launches. We have a full complement of modern audio-visual equipment for conferences, with an electronic panel for setting the sound, lighting, screen, projector and video. If you need more advanced skills or facilities, the hotel will hire professional help on request.

Restaurant B?sen
Our B?sen Restaurant serves traditional Norwegian food as well as international cooking, all using fresh ingredients. Our well-equipped restaurant offers all kinds of meals, from one-course light dishes to more sophisticated menus. The restaurant has two departments, one catering for groups and the other for individuals and smaller groups dining ? la carte. The restaurant is bright, with large windows, and the interior reflects both the name and farming tradition of the county of Hedmark. For groups we have banquet menus, which can be ordered in advance. B?sen Restaurant can also cater for banquets in larger rooms for up to 1400 people.
Sluffa Bar
Sluffa Bar is the hotel's main bar and is situated next to the restaurant. Here you can unwind with friends in a relaxed atmosphere or maybe have a drink after a delicious meal. This is the hotel's meeting place and somewhere where you can bring a newspaper or a good book to enjoy with a cup of coffee. And if you prefer to watch television here instead of in your room, you'll be very welcome.
