We're very proud of our Uarda congress hall, built to resemble a Greek/Roman amphitheatre and seating 450. Here you'll find a stage, boxes with listening facilities to help you hear what's being said on stage (even in the showers and toilets backstage!) and modern technology which makes it perfect for major conferences. We also have an AV technician who looks after all the equipment during your entire event. Comfortable armchairs with notepad rests, full AV equipment, a car ramp leading directly onto the stage, the option of recording from anywhere in the room, an interpreting booth for simultaneous interpreting, and a number of different film screens, the largest 6.6 x 3.0 meters in size. Thanks to the height of the ceiling above the stage, along with four fly-bars from which stage equipment, scenery, spotlights and other equipment can be suspended, this room doubles up as a concert hall, auditorium, cinema and conference venue.

We specialize in classic occasions, such as Midsummer celebrations, crayfish parties, Sk?ne ?lagille (eel parties), traditional g?samiddag (where you eat goose and a special soup) and Christmas dinners. In fine weather, we recommend aperitifs on our patio next to the boules pitch, followed by a barbecue, and finally dancing and entertainment. Our stylish, elegant banqueting rooms with capacity for up to 500 people mean that you can sit in a space of your own, regardless of how many people are in your party. We can adapt our rooms to suit your requirements.

We jealously guard our traditional Sk?ne recipes while at the same time gathering inspiration from the four corners of the globe. If possible we use spices and herbs from our own garden.
