Conference Center
When meeting on our dedicated Conference Level, your attendees will enjoy the benefits of soundproof meeting rooms with individual climate and lighting controls and 8 hour, ergonomically correct chairs. Audio visual equipment and staff are available at a moments notice, and all of the rooms on the conference level have access to the terrace, which surrounds the conference level. Two break rooms adjacent to the meeting rooms provide area for conferees to enjoy continental breakfast and continuous break service throughout the day. Each room's high ceiling and large windows offer relaxing, beautiful views of the historic James River. The entire environment lends itself to being work intensive and productive.
Conference Planning
A member of our Conference Services staff will be assigned to handle the arrangements for your group. At Kingsmill, one Conference Planner will serve as your primary source of information and will assist throughout the planning and implementation stages. Additionally, your conference planner can further enhance your program to suit your needs by utilizing our own in-house destination management capabilities to assure the success of your meeting.
Conference Concierge
Once your meeting is planned and your conferees are on property, the Conference Concierge will be in constant attendance on the Conference Level of the Resort Center throughout the hours of your meeting. The Concierge is especially helpful to the meeting planner by providing support services such as photocopying, taking and delivering messages for conferees, faxing and limited secretarial services. Other services that our Conference Concierge is happy to assist you with are last minute changes in agenda, recreation times, on property dinner reservations, or any other immediate needs you may have during the course of your meeting

Kingsmill's own in house audio visual staff is comprised of some of the top technical and meeting specialists in the industry. Committed to excellence, our full time staff and impressive on site equipment inventory offers the latest in audio and visual technology, avainable on a moments notice. Our extensive capabilities include A-VHS and 3/4" video editing, LCD overhead computer display systems, video and graphics projectors, multi-image computers and state of the art wireless microphone systems. Our audio visual technicians are highly skilled and knowledgeable in all aspects of modern day business communication systems, and are members of the International Communications Industries Association.
