A self-contained resort, Reids Palace is accessible to the islands, many attractions, and businesses. The hotel is located 22 kilometers west of Madeira Internantional Airport and is three and one half hours by plane from major European airports.

Airport : DIRECTIONS FROM AIRPORT
When leaving the airport take the highway -cota 200- towards Funchal. Follow this road approx. 20 km until you reach the exit Funchal -Hospital- and -Porto- -after 12 tunnels. Turn off at the above exit and follow this road until you reach a roundabout -stay in right lane-Turn the 2nd to the right towards the hospital and Avenida do Mar until you get to a crossing with a traffic light. Turn right and pass the bridge. You will find Reid palace on the left side on number 139 of Estrada monumental.
You are allowed to turn left into the hotel driveway.

Port : Follow the road towards Funchal until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout turn left and follow the road until you reach a traffic light. At the traffic light turn left, at this point you are driving on "Estrada Monumental", Reid's Palace is located on the left side on number 139 of "Estrada Monumental". However, due to a continuous line you are not able to turn left, hence please follow the same road until you get to another roundabout, turn around and drive back the same road, until you reach Reid's Palace on the right side.
