By uniting a modern multipurpose tower with a historical landmark, the hotel complex offers guests the unique privilege of utilizing spaces within a culture heritage property for special occasions. In addition a grand ballroom and wedding chapel is located on the third floor of the new tower. Further four large banquet halls, six meeting rooms and the hotel's business centre are located on the fourth floor of the historical Mitsui Main Building, which is directly connected to the tower and hotel facilities within it via a bridge.
