The Conference Center has its own separate entrance and a fully automated registration area for private group check-in. With over 40,000 square feet of flexible meeting and function space, Turnberry Isle caters to intimate and grand settings for meetings, conferences and incentive programs in its classically elegant style. From the formal marble entrance to the grandeur of hand-cut crystal chandeliers and rich crown moldings punctuated by original oil paintings and fine tapestries, the traditions of Mediterranean splendor surround guests at an intimate boardroom affair for ten, a themed banquet or a lavish reception.
The Grand Ballroom can accommodate 760 people for banquets and 1,060 for meetings. High-tech presentations are possible with state-of-the-art audio/visual equipment in each of the Ballroom's three sections. In addition, two spacious foyers surround the Ballroom and are ideal for pre-event cocktail receptions. The Garden Room can accommodate 400 people for banquets and 540 for meetings, depending on set-up requirements. The Garden Room can be divided in two sections and has a separate foyer. In addition, Veranda East and West meeting rooms can combine to accommodate 180 people for banquets and can seat 54 each for meetings.
While Turnberry Isle's conference complex can accommodate very large groups, it can also cater to smaller groups in The Board Room and eight breakout rooms. Each room is equipped to accommodate any of your conference or presentation requirements. The Conference Center is well-equipped with ample telephone communications capabilities, linking up to 14 lines in some meeting rooms. Telephone access is also available in Ballrooms, Garden Rooms, foyers, and salons.

The Challenging Golf Courses
One superb golf course simply isn't enough, which is why we had Robert Trent Jones Sr. design two of them for our guests and members. Both will astonish you with their gracefully contoured fairways, and confound you with their deceitfully tranquil hazards and traps. Take on the challenge of the 18th hole of the South Course where it's just you against the famous Island Green. What better spot on earth to express your passion for golf. Naturally, we have a complete pro shop, and an expert staff offering clinics and individual lessons.
The Spa & Fitness Center
At the Turnberry Spa, personal trainers and beauty experts are devoted to your fitness and beauty. Let the Finnish saunas, Turkish steam rooms, turbulent whirlpools, and bracing cold plunge tubs make your skin tingle with a sense of renewal. To get your pulse racing, you might try your choice of Nautilus or cardiovascular and aerobics classes. Or perhaps you'll let someone else take over as you savor a luxurious massage. Guests who visit the spa leave this magical realm looking and feeling revitalized.
Marina
An afternoon at the Marina can change the way you look at the world. Graceful vessels of every description glide by as you relax on the island's private poolside retreat. The New Tennis Complexes
The two tennis complexes at Turnberry Isle are as enjoyable to the casual player as they are to Grand Slam Sports legend professionals. Our professional teaching staff includes Wimbledon tennis legend, Fred Stolle. All of the multi-surfaced courts are lighted for night play. Recognized as "One of the top 50 tennis resorts in America" by Tennis Magazine. Turnberry Nunez Tennis Training (NTT) is a private training group that offers world-class tennis instruction designed for top ranked touring professionals and juniors, intermediate/beginner levels and adults who want to improve and enjoy the game.
The resort is also the home of Grand Slam Sports Marketing, an enterprise owned and operated by Stolle and ten other of tennis history's greatest players. The Grand Slam roster includes Roy Emerson, Ken Roswall, Fred Stolle, Owen Davidson, Marty Riessen, Bob Lutz, Sherwood Stewart, Ross Case, John Lloyd, Dick Stockton and Cliff Drysdale.

So splendid is the gourmet cuisine and the refined atmosphere of the Veranda Restaurant that it is ranked among the finest dining experiences in the world. So how then, can you begin to imagine Gourmet seafood at The Grill bistro, the Chocolate Croissant in the Club lounge, a golfer's Salad in the Signature Lounge, even the burgers at the Ocean Club Grill? Try to recall your favorite meal of the past. Chances are, dining at Turnberry will crowd out even that memory. Nine restaurants and lounges available exclusively to hotel quests and club member await you.
The Veranda is nationally acclaimed as one of the top restaurants in the area, one of a handful that has advanced "New World" Cuisine. Time magazine has dubbed this cuisine "Miami's New Vice." Zagat's U. S. Hotel, Resort and Spa Survey has rated The Veranda "Miami's Best Gourmet Dining Experience." Overlooking the Country Club's promenade and pool gardens, The Veranda is Turnberry at its finest, accented by rich brocades, grand Oriental vases and fresh flowers. Chef Weisz selects the day's menu after consulting with the South Florida fishermen who sell him the best of their catch. In addition, Weisz has developed a network of backyard growers who provide tropical fruits and vegetables at their peak. Attire: Jackets are required in the evening. Collared shirts and dress shorts are acceptable during the day.
The Grill is a contemporary bistro overlooking the golf course featuring grilled and rotisserie meats, poultry and seafood. The exposed kitchen fills the restaurant with the delicious aromas of Provincial dishes such as Skillet-Roasted Mussels with Chardonnay." The decor includes beautifully crafted dark wood moldings, black and white ceramic tile borders, bistro tables, and terra cotta floor tiles. Ideal for a bite before tennis or golf, or for a late-night snack. Attire: Jackets are not required. Informal dress acceptable.
The Signature is the newest addition to Turnberry offering Pacific-rim cuisine (Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Korean, Californian). The Signature Restaurant offers exciting Pacific-rim cuisine in delightful indoor and breezy outdoor settings. With fresh sushi served at The Lounge, The Signature offers culinary Asian delights in a relaxed club atmosphere. The restaurant and lounge overlook Turnberry's famous golf courses.
The Club Lounge next to the Country Club lobby is an inviting setting with pale peach and alabaster furnishings, Carrera marble floors, plush Oriental rugs and fine oil paintings. Open for breakfast and through the afternoon, the Club Lounge is perfect for a specialty coffee from the cappuccino bar and serves an assortment of sandwiches, tropical fruit drinks, and European ice creams. Be sure to enjoy the famous tropical afternoon tea.
