Employment certification requirements-
All of our technical Spa staff must have a current New York State Massage and/or Esthetic licenses. All of our Fitness Specialists must be certified through one of the major fitness organizations and most have a B.S. in Exercise Physiology or the like.

Spa Policies-
-Check in policy - 30 minutes prior to your first appointment.
-Cancellation policy - 2 hours prior to spa appointment time. 100pct cancellation fee will be applied for treatment cancelled less than 2 hours in advance.
-All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian who shall remain in the facility during the course of the treatment. All guests under the age of 18 are paired with a therapist of the same gender.
-Children are permitted in the spa.

Guests may choose between male and female therapists.
Spa Etiquette- Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. A robe, spa slippers and private locker are provided upon arrival at the spa. Please remove all jewelry prior to visiting the spa. Please give 2 hours advance notice to cancel or change an appointment to avoid charges for the full treatment value. Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time as your appointment must end as originally scheduled.

Aroma Salt Glow Scrub - A treatment which combines the exfoliating effect of dead sea salt with our exclusive stimulating essential oils of eucalyptus, grapefruit and lime to both smooth your skin and give you a healthy glow.
Aromatherapy Massage - This massage combines the sense of smell with the art of touch. Using a variety of essential oils to elicit specific responses, relax your muscles, and soothe your nerves. Aromatherapy helps to elevate your energy levels and boost your immune system.
Purifying Seaweed Wrap - This restorative treatment begins with a complete exfoliation to soften and prepare the skin. Then, the Seaweed Mask is applied to nourish and re-mineralize your skin while helping to eliminate toxins, leaving you refreshed and renewed. This treatment includes a thermal foot wrap. Not recommended if you are iodine sensitive.
Deep Tissue Hot Stone Massage - A hot stone massage to warm and relax your muscles followed by a deep tissue massage that helps melt away muscle tension.
