Exceptionally designed conference rooms situated on the Mezzanine floor and overlooking our magnificent pool gardens and beach, with the management expertise and the impeccable service, is the best combination for a guaranteed success of whatever function is held at the Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol. They are purposely designed, and provisions are made for all state of the art facilities. Coffee Breaks can be held either at the Mezzanine outdoor terrace or the foyer, or anywhere else one may wish.

The Amathus Beach Hotel Limassol has developed the unique concept of a Health and Fitness Centre so our guests can enjoy total relaxation through recreational activities, and make their holiday and lifestyle the way to a new sense of well-being. It incorporates a Nautilus/USA Gym Centre with state of the art fitness equipment, and a fully heated 20 meter long indoor swimming pool, with panoramic view of our gardens and beach. We have teamed up with leading suppliers from around the world, such as Clarins and Deleor Beauty studios, the Mineral Dead Sea spa studios and the famous brands of Carita and Germaine de Capuccini in order to offer the very best in all beauty care services. Sauna, steam bath, hydrotherapy, mineral baths, massages and body mud wraps complete the overall concept. This year, we are proud to introduce the new refreshing appearance of the swimming pools area of the Amathus Beach Hotel. We have given to the whole swimming pools area a "new and exciting look", to meet the demands of the 21st century. The combination of wood, marble and stone, materials used around the swimming pools area, has blended perfectly with the landscaped lawns and gardens, providing its guests with those intangible luxuries of peace, privacy and tranquility. During the summer school holiday months, Christmas and Easter, by joining our Juniors Club, our younger guests can also have their fun by taking part in a fully organized children's entertainment program, all supervised by trained personnel.

The art and science of gastronomy are portrayed from an exclusive selection of five restaurants and four bars that suit perfectly to the needs of the most discerning guests. The Ambrosia Restaurant an elegant dining room overlooking the hotel's marina, features a multi-choice table d'hote menu with local and international cuisine. La Rotisserie Restaurant, a high standard restaurant intended to satisfy our selective "gourmet" guests, offers an exclusive a la carte selection of fine local and international cuisine. Our sumptuous Kalypso breakfast buffet at the Kalypso Garden Restaurant, includes an impressive selection of home-baked breads, oven-fresh croissants and pastries, a selection of fresh and stewed fruit, freshly-squeezed juices, cereals, yoghurt, cheese, charcuterie, and, at the Chef's Corner, eggs, bacon, sausages and a wide variety of hot dishes. The day continues with a magnificent buffet luncheon - a dazzling display of mouth-watering appetizers, salads and other specialties and a wide selection of sweets and home made patisserie. For dinner it offers, an extensive a la carte menu, which includes salads and snacks, great burgers, imaginative sandwiches, pizzas, grills and a special low calorie menu. The Kalypso Buffet Terrace is located in the unique surroundings of our Terrace, between our two swimming pools. Our Executive Chef and his brigade create only the best from the gastronomic theme night buffets. During summer, the starlit Fish Tavern by the water edge, offers ideally prepared, on the spot in front of the guests, fish, catch of the day and seafood dishes all cooked to perfection in an authentic Cyprus and Greek tradition.
