Jahreszeiten-Grill
Restored in the beautiful eclectic Art Deco style of the twenties, the Grill offers a traditional experience of Hanseatic dining. Full-flavoured organically grown vegetables complement the excellent fish, poultry and steaks. Sip on a crisp, chilled Riesling from our extensive cellar as you experience the splendour.
Restaurant Haerlin
Fully restored to its original finery in 1996, Haerlin is the place where tradition meets innovation. Restaurant Haerlin offers a modern classical cuisine that is a feast for the eyes and a delight to the tongue. The fine dining room is decorated in an elegant style, with timber flooring and subdivided by a large banquette supporting porcelain figures symbolising the four seasons.
Bar
This cosy bar over two floors is located just the hotel's entrance. Fine classical and international cocktails are served in a harmonically, relaxing and delight atmosphere.
Doc Cheng's
It's good that the Far East is so near. The ambience and bar are reminiscent of the 20's. Brass lamps with red shades emit a warm light. Countless black and white photos from the globe trotting Doc's private album deck the wooden walls. The melange of West and the Far East, antiques and modern designs are mirrored on the menu. And plates, cups and glasses are works of art themselves.
