Original concept spa by Market leader E'spa, a haven of tranquility to destress and focus on oneself (opening planned for end December 2004). Located on 3 floors adjoining the hotel. Includes 13 treatment rooms and VIP suites, heat experience area, relaxtion area, teak sun deck, state of the art changing rooms all decorated in wood, stone and natural materials. Open from 7.00am - 10.00 pm, everyday apart from Sunday 8.00am - 8.00pm. No outside membership. Preference to hotel guests. Reservations direct with spa or via concierge or guest relations. Fully equipped fitness center with stairmasters, treadmills, bikes and free weights, all with own TV stations, accesible only to hotel and spa guests. Open 7.00 am - 10.00 pm. Outside heated pool and sun lounger area available from April till November, only for hotel guests. No charge for hotel guests for use of pool and fitness center. METROPOLE ESPA MONTE-CARLO is a sophisticated space dedicated to the guests total well being/ relaxation and rejuvenation and provides a haven of tranquility and indulgence in the heart of this cosmopolitan and vibrant city. Guests prepare for treatments by taking a spa -journey- in the Crystal steam room/soothing Caldarium and/or stimulating Ice Fountain before taking one of two lifestyle showers before cocooning themselves in the candle lit relaxation room or relaxing on a lounger in the warmth of the private sundeck. The ESPA treatments are carried out in one of 10
treatment rooms- all beautifully designed utilizing tactile/ natural materials such as exquisite finishes of pallasandra wood/slate and shimmering leather that combine to create a luxurious/ peaceful environment. Guided by its philosophy of holistic well being. ESPA treaments work equally for the inner self and mind as for the face and body and is tailor-made for the individual.
