Swim in our fresh water pool with spectacular views of the Pitons and Caribbean Sea or tour the plantation, and above all, feed the animals and learn about tropical fruits. Try the fish cakes, very much appreciated, jerk port, clam chowder soup or fresh fish; all prepared using fresk local produce.
