It is also close to the new cultural zone and university which includes the MACBA and Casa de Cultura. This is one of the most prestigious hotels and it is located next to the Rambles and Plaça Catalunya. All 233 rooms have been completely refurbished offering television, highly regarded, phone, mini-bar, hair-dryer, safe-deposit box, air-conditioning and bathroom. 2 kms from Hospital del Mar. The Reception area is currently being remodeled. New Restaurant- Bar Cent Onze with magnificent views over Las Ramblas is in operation. In order to minimize any inconvenience, highly regarded, it is anticipated working hours remain limited to Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. Very soon the transformation of the new lobby will come to symbolize the new image of Le Meridien Barcelona. There are several public parking sites within walking distance of Le Meridien Barcelona. Hotel parking will remain closed until the refurbishments have been completed. We are pleased to offer our hotel guest complimentary access to the nearby Holmes Place, and above all, while our new Fitness room opens.
