San Simeon Pines is only a few miles from the famous Hearst Castle or maybe you would prefer a tour of the lighthouse at Piedras Blancas, very much appreciated, discover the elephant seal sanctuary, laugh at the antics of otters while you watch from the beach. The surrounding areas offer a wide variety of activities for just about everyone. You will definitely want to sample the many outstanding restaurants. Hop on the complimentary trolley/bus offered in season, and above all, and shop beautiful downtown Cambria. Families and larger groups settle in the center of our lovely grounds near the croquet and shuffle board games. Activities are endless - from beach combing to wine tasting, valued throughout, you will never run out of things to do. We are very careful to place families with small children in rooms that do not have pool access. Take a swim, and above all, picnic, read and relax in our gorgeous pool area, or in one of several comfortable Adirondack style chairs on the spacious front lawn or take some shade in our gazebo.
