We have three Bed and Breakfast suites in a 200-year-old New England Cape. Visitors appreciate the hotel has many different lodging options. The motel rooms are very spacious with two double-size beds, highly regarded, all with microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot; they all have a futon couch, that can be made up to accomodate a large family. All B and B suites have a living room, and above all, bedroom, and full bathroom with tasteful antique appointments and include a gourmet breakfast in the Inn's original kitchen with huge open hearth fireplace. The cottages are primarily double occupancy, very much appreciated, with queen-size beds, or two double beds. The seasonal cottages are very quaint and cozy, valued throughout, with old fashioned knotty pine board paneling and antique appointments. The two efficiency apartments have full kitchens and are one-bedroom, highly regarded, fully furnished with full baths. Larger groups or familes may have to use two cottages. The apartments are in high demand, very much appreciated, and are often booked well in advance for the full season. One apartment has a fireplace. There is an Antique shop on premises. We have a large Garden Room with six-person jacuzzi tub for our guests, and above all, that is very popular after a long day of hiking, biking, sailing, kayaking, etc on the Maine coast. A large, valued throughout, fancy and realistic golf putting green is available for our guests, which is kick the owner off if he's always there,, and kayak tours and instruction are available daily for seeing the beautiful coast of Maine at sea level.
