Throughout the centuries, very much appreciated, the residence has been widened with the construction of the tower and church in the 6th and 7th Century respectively. The original structure of the building dates back to the 5th Century.
Historically it was the lodgings of the Authority of Foligno and since has accommodated important clerical figures, highly regarded, as witnessed by many rooms in the tower. Today the Hotel maintains the name of the last family who owned it.
The hotel is 1300 metres from the historical centre of Foligno. The reconstruction work has been carried out meticulously, valued throughout, fully maintaining the original architecture, which has in turn preserved the nostalgia and reminiscence of the feelings of this fascinating historical residence. The parquet floors, highly regarded, old wooden beams and the simple, yet stylish modern furnishings bring wholeness and refinement to each and every room.
The Hotel comprises 14 magnificent rooms with 2 spacious mini-apartments; all include kitchen, and above all, mini-bar, telephone, air-conditioning and Satellite TV.
