The Grand Ballroom has a capacity to seat 780 for conventions and 540 for dinner. There is separate pre-function area, 11 function rooms and a high-tech auditorium.

* Grand Hyatt Bali's Convention Center is Bali's most flexible meeting and convention venue. All fourteen meeting rooms are tastefully decorated with a modern Balinese elegance. Standard features include ceiling border lights along the full length of the room, full lighting dimmer systems, a permanent rolldown screen, white board and sound systems. * KLUNGKUNG I & II :
These medium sized meeting rooms are each divisible into two rooms by a removable partition wall. Can accommodate meetings of up to 140 people in theater style, or two meetings of up to 60 people.
* GIANYAR I & II :
Slightly larger than the Klungkung rooms, these two rooms can accommodate up to 80 people in each for a theater style conference, and with the partition removed, up to 160 people.
* CEMPAKA / ANGSANA :
Ideal for boardroom meetings, both rooms have permanent board room tables and large executive style chairs. The Angsana can seat 16, while Cempaka 12 people. Perfect as a secretariat or special VIP room, if required. Meeting rooms located on ground level :
* GRAND BALLROOM A, B, C :
Designed for special themed occasions, large meetings and Gala Dinners, the Grand Ballroom is an elegant and elaborate Balinese style room with all the modern facilities required for high quality presentations. It features a full-sized stage complete with audio visual equipment. Grand Ballroom A, B, and C can be combined to host meeting functions for up to 780 people theater style or a banquet of 540 people seated.
* PENIDA ROOM :
Penida is a drawing room adjacent to the pre-function area and houses our service bar.
* PRE-FUNCTION :
Located outside the Grand Ballroom, the pre-function room can cater for cocktail parties up to 300 people and is the ideal venue for tea/coffee breaks for meetings in the Grand Ballroom.
* COURTYARD :
Water ponds and Balinese statues surround this delightful courtyard setting. An ideal venue for Group Welcomes and cocktail parties of up to 350 people or for tea/coffee breaks.
* SINGARAJA I & II / BADUNG I & II :
These two mid-size rooms are both divisible into two rooms by a soundproof partition. Each room can accommodate up to 80 people for theater style conferences, or up to 160 combined.
* AUDITORIUM :
this professional style auditorium, with a seating capacity of up to 80 people, is the perfect venue for specialist speaker presentations. Features include a permanent stage with rear-wall screen, audio visual equipment and complete sound recording facilities.

Strategically located on the beachfront, this Mediterranean style restaurant serves one of the best Italian cuisine's on the island. Specialties include freshly made pasta with a selection of seasoned sauces, pizza from the wood-fired oven, antipasti, meats and poultry, seafood and a fresh salad selection from our buffet. Meals can be enjoyed either al fresco beneath a shady tree or inside beneath cooling ceiling fans. Breakfast buffet and Children's menu is also available.
