Bazar, our all-day main restaurant, is located on the 1st floor and offers a unique fusion of light, vibrant colours, sounds and aromas. A variety of food and spices is intricately displayed, and staff interaction is high with food prepared in front of our guests.
Open:
Breakfast - served daily from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. Gaze through giant glass windows upon a magnificent view, while savouring a bountiful Israeli breakfast buffet or mouthwatering delicacies from our own bakery.
Dinner - served nightly from 6:30 pm to 10:00 pm. Bursting with colours and aromas, enjoy an East-meets-West culinary voyage.

Ein-Midbar
Marvel at the panoramic view of the Dead Sea, mountains and desert sky from this tranquil lounge. Literally translated as 'spring in the desert', Ein Midbar is the perfect place to enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, home-made cakes, continental breakfast, salads, sandwiches and exotic cocktails. Also available are light items recommended by our Spa. This cozy lounge, located on the 3rd floor lobby level, is an excellent place to relax.
