* Am?thyste Ballroom (and Pre-function area) - The Am?thyste Ballroom is a sweeping 169 m2 space adorned with rich oak wood floors, mirrors, gilded cornices and bronze appliqu?s by French sculptress Roseline Granet. The ballroom's design and colour schemes have been inspired by precious and semi-precious stones, as well as materials used in Paris during the 19th century.Due to its size and d?cor, the Amethyste Ballroom is ideal for weddings and gala dinners as well as large, high profile business presentations.The Ballroom (which opens to a 100 m2 pre-function space) may also be divided into two separate sound-proofed rooms.
* The Cornalines Rooms - The Cornalines Rooms encompass a total of 105 m2 of space and may be divided into two separate sound-proofed function rooms, opening onto an enclosed 50 m2 pre-function space on one side, and another 94 m2 of pre-function space on the other side.Both the Cornalines Rooms and the Saphirs Rooms are small to medium sized elegant spaces, perfectly suited for art or luxury goods exhibitions and presentations.
* The Saphirs Rooms - Each of the two Saphirs' rooms is conveniently located directly across two guest elevators and the cloakroom. Measuring 40 and 48 m2 respectively, they are ideal for small to medium size meetings. These two rooms share the Cornalines Rooms' enclosed 50 m2 pre-function area.
* The Paris Boardrooms - The two Paris boardrooms are located on the hotel's first floor. With high-ceilings and an area of 31.5 m2, each boardroom seats up to 14 people and are interconnecting. Each room fills with natural daylight and houses its own recessed screen and audio equipment. Both rooms are perfect venues for executive meetings, interviews or business breakfasts.

* Jardin des Tuileries (jogging or walking) -Located between the Place de la Concorde and the Louvre Museum, the Jardin des Tuileries is certainly the most elegant venue for jogging or a romantic stroll. The Main Restaurant
The hotel's main restaurant, located on the ground-floor, may be accessed directly from the Salons or from a separate entrance on Rue des Capucines. The restaurant's d?cor is warm and inviting, replete with rich wood floors, mahogany and fabric panelled walls and original artwork by French-Indian artist Viswanadhan. The restaurant is serviced by an open theatre kitchen, allowing guests to view the drama of chefs at work. Cuisine is Modern French with a special emphasis on grilled meats, organic vegetables and fresh seafood, seasonal and authentic products. Open everyday for Lunch and Dinner.
The Salons
Beyond the architecture, which incorporates classical European lines with contemporary design, the materials used throughout the Salons are a strong legacy of Paris' historical heritage: gilded ceilings, limestone walls and custom designed chenille, adorned with original contemporary artworks by American and French painters.
Relaxed, cosy and casual, the Salons are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner (all day dining), as well as light bites, aromatic teas, coffees and cocktails.Located on the ground floor, at the heart of the hotel, the Salons convey a strong Parisian residential feel. The Salons are a combination of open spaces and colonnades separated by a beautifully sheer grand fireplace, which opens onto a glass crowned colonnaded room on one side, and onto an interior courtyard on the other.
The Bar
