Ballroom 1
All the characteristics and excellent service found within the Grand Ballroom but designed to accommodate a relatively smaller number of people. The room features integrated air conditioning, 3 phase power and sound system. When set up the venue can accommodate 300 delegates and provide the renowned atmosphere of the events held in Glasgow's Grand Ballroom.
Ballrooms 2 and 3
All the characteristics and excellent service found within the Grand Ballroom but designed to accommodate a relatively smaller number of people. The two ballrooms feature integrated air conditioning, 3 phase power and sound system. When set up the venues can accommodate 200 delegates and provide the renowned atmosphere of the events held in Glasgow's Grand Ballroom.
Gallery Suite
The Gallery Suite is located on the third floor and is fully accessible. The room is tastefully decorated and is integrated with an array of technical facilities that include air conditioning, sound system and versatile lighting. The suite comfortably accommodates up to 160 people for a variety of events that include dinner dances for 120 people. With access to a luxury sized balcony, the room receives a plentiful supply of natural light and allows guests an area to get fresh air. The suite is exceptionally versatile and with state of the art sound portioning can be divided into three smaller rooms. Glengarioch Room
Like all Hilton Meetings rooms, the Glengarioch is designed to recieve natural daylight and has been recently refurbished with a fresh and contemporary design. Grand Ballroom
The Grand Ballroom at Hilton Glasgow is one of the largest function rooms in Scotland, and can comfortably accommodate up to 1000 guests for cabaret nights, gala dinnners, award ceremonies, corporate hospitality, banquets and weddings. The Ballroom's main feature is a sweeping staircase. This also provides separate access at the front of the hotel. The Ballroom has its own spacious foyer with cloakroom and a bar for pre-dinner drinks. In addition to banquets, the Ballroom lends itself perfectly to larger conferences and exhibitions. There is a dedicated foyer - ideal for registration, refreshment breaks and exhibitions. There is also audio visual access. The room can be subdivided into three sections and has been designed so that air conditioning, lighting and sound systems can be operated separately. Each section is soundproofed. A goods' lift services the whole room. This flexibility ensures successful events of all types.
Isle of Jura Room
