Weddings
Although not large enough to accommodate a reception, the Latham will be happy to set up a block of rooms for your out of town guests. Centrally located to all of center city's most popular wedding venues, your guests will be thrilled with our service and location benefits.

Meetings
We specialize in small meetings. There are two different meeting rooms to choose from, each individual in size as well as decor. The Boardroom is a classic conference style setup with plush leather chairs and a beautiful conference table. This room will accommodate a range of 15 to 20 people. The Latham Room is 550 square feet of flexible meeting space. Contingent upon the setup request, we may accomodate as many as 35 people. Please contact the sales department for rates and availability.

Groups
For any group bookings of 10 or more rooms, we ask that you kindly contact the sales department directly for rates and availbility.

Children/Families
All children under 17 years of age are welcome free of charge when accompanied by an adult. Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request. We are an ideal hotel for families due to our central location. We are within walking distance of the historical district, the Franklin Institute, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Please Touch Museum, the Philadelphia Zoo, and the Waterfront. There are many great universities around the Philadelphia area. Most of them are just a short ride away.

We oofer a fitness center that is complimentary to all of our guests. There are treadmills, stationairy bicycles, stair climbers, and a universal machine. There is a business center where our guests may have use of our PC with all of the most popular applications, as well as internet access.

Although each one of our guest rooms is individually appointed, they will all offer the same ameneties. Each room will have terry clothe robes, coffe makers, Neutrogena batha and body products, a full size iron and board, hair dryers, alarm clocks, cable television, and internet capable phones.

The best shopping in the entire city is right outside our doors. Walnut Street is a Mecca of exquisite shops and dining. Liberty Place, Philadelphia's high-end shopping mall, is only 1 block away. Antique Row is less than a ten minute walk away.

There is a fitness facility on our second floor. It offers are guests treadmills, stationairy bikes, stair climbers, and a universal machine. The fitness room is open from 6am to 11pm daily and is complimentary to all of our guests.

Jolly's Bar & Grillrooms is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy the contemporary atmosphere and lively bar crowd nightly. This class is American grillroom specializes in Steaks and Seafood. From the prime rib and succulant barbaque ribs to crabcakes and specialty sandwiches, Jolly's is sure to please any appetite. The desserts are out of this world, like the chocolate cake for two or the key lime pie. The friendly bar staff serve up a variety of specialty drinks that are worth writing home about. The hours of operation are 7am to 1am daily. Rooms service is available from 12 noon to 11pm.

The hotel will be on the left hand side - before Walnut Steet Ben Franklin Bridge & Camden Take I-676 West to first exit - Broad Street Exit. Follow Ramp and make a right onto 15th Street. Pennsylvania Turnpike & West Take Pennsylvania Turnpike to exit 24 - I-76 East. Follow 76 East to 676 East to first exit-23rd Street. Make aleft at the first traffic light - Market Street. Follow Market Street to 17th Street and make a right. Follo 17th Street for 3 blocks. The hotel will be on the left side before Walnut Street.
• Transfer Information : There are three different ways to arrive at the hotel from the Philadelphia International Airport. Taxicab A taxi ride will cost a flat fee of $20 and will take approximately 20 minutes. Shuttle We recommend Lady Liberty Shuttle. The cost is $8.50 per person, one way. A courtesy phone is available in the baggage claim area of the airport. Approximate time to travel is 30 minutes. Train The R1 Airport Express costs $5.50 per person, onw way. The train may be picked up from the airport, enterance is before the baggage claim area. Your stop will be Suburban Station. You will exit Suburban Station from the 17th Street Exit. This will put you at the Southeast corner of 17th & JFK. Walk South on 17th for 4 blcoks. You will see the hotel on the left side before Walnut Street
• Local Transportation : There are several ways to get around Philadelphia. There is the Subway, Bus, Train, Trolley, Horse & Buggy, and Taxicabs. Please ask for information from our bellmen before jumping right in.
• Parking Information : The hotel offers its guests Valet Service Only. The cost is $20 for a 24 hour period with complimentary in and out privilages. Whenever you want your vehicle, please call the bellstand to have it brought around.

Follow the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit-4. Follow Route 73 North to 38 West (1.5 miles), follow the signs to Camden/Philadelphia, this will take you across the Benjamin Franklin Bridge (3.00 Toll). At the end of the bridge take I-676 West to the first exit ? Broad Street, at the traffic light, make a right onto Vine Street. At the second traffic light ? 17th Street, make a left. Follow 17th Street for approximately eight (8) blocks, the Latham Hotel will be on your left.
