Weddings
Wedding ceremony and reception sites vary at The Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa. We have numerous outdoor terraces overlooking the magnificent Blue Ridge Mountains, a Cascade Landing, two ballrooms, suites and our beautiful historic Country Club. Ministers, magistrates, church and/or photographer recommendations are available. If your wedding is being held of property, transportation services are available through Young convention services, contact Martha Howard 1-800-627-1185, or Special Ocasions - Limousine 828-274-6629. Function rental fees vary depending on the amount of space needed and size of event. * Rental fees will include the set up of your chairs and tables. Formal White Chair Covers cost an additional $5.00+ per chair * We can also rent special chairs or props for a rental fee depending on the item(s) Let us book your entertainment needs. we have a wide variety of musicians that play at The Grove Park Inn frequently ranging from soloists, string quartets, trios, duos, Jazz, DJ Rock & Roll, Beach Music, Blue Grass....the list goes on. Prices range from $250.00 to $5,500.00 depending on the group or person. Our own in-house Print Services department can supply you with specially designed invitations, menus, place cards, and "Just Married" signs. Prices vary depending on quantity.
Meetings
Our versatile meeting space ensures that we can accommodate your group. With 510 guest roms --including 12 suites--everyone in your group will enjoy the comfort and convenience of having their meeting and accommodations all in one convenient, and tasteful, location. All rooms at The Grove park Inn are designed for the comfort and relaxation of our guests. Each room is well appointed and includes cable television, in room movies & games, AM/FM radio, complimentary morning coffee, and windows which opens up to let in the fresh, mountain air. Designed to be extremely veratile, The Grove Park Inn's meeting space includes: 2 Ballrooms: The Heritage Ballroom with 8,778 sqft., and the Grand Ballroom with 17,982 sqft. Each ballroom can be divided into three separate sections. Conference Suites: :aire; Siote - 1,606 sqft Coolidge, Eisenhower, Taft Wilson, Rosevelt, Byran, Fitzgerald, Wolfe, or Hoover Suites - 1,288 sqft. Rhododendron Suite - 459 sqft.
