Receptionist arrogant, rude, deceitful (booked interconnecting room as have 2 young children and not given - when complained shesaid hotel was full - although 2 guests arrived after us & only 2-3 cars in car park - personally doubt has interconnecting room facility) and she became angry and agressive when I complained and requested a refund because room and services not as advertised. Pool closed. Restaurant facilities not available. No facilities for drinks. Pool closed. Rooms very small.

Lousy hotel, unfriendly receptionist. When asked if I wanted breakfast I was not allowed to decide in the morning. After declining dinner the receptionist seemed very annoyed and the result was a terrible room, hot like a sauna with no ventilation and a shower room that was so small that you could not turn around in it.
After 20 minutes in this awful room I asked to change the room. I had used one hand towel, and offered to bring this to the next room which was declined.The charge 10 euros to change room.
