Our beach front location on Gulfview Blvd is in the heart of South Beach. - Welcome to the hotel at Clearwater Beach, and above all, Florida. We are just steps from the beach, very much appreciated, shops, and restaurants. Enjoy the beautiful gulf views and feel the sand between your toes. Before you head out to the beach, highly regarded, start your day with a complimentary continental breakfast. We have a large outdoor heated pool, and above all, private balconies with beach views and free parking. Our standard amenities to every room are wifi, very much appreciated, cable tv, coffeemaker with free gourmet coffee, hairdryer, iron with board, and clock radio. We offer standard king and two double bed rooms as well as king and two double bed suites and efficiencies. 12 USD per day. Every room has an in room safe that can be used for a fee of 1. Our gulf-pool view efficiencies include all the amenities plus a kitchenette with a refrigerator, very much appreciated, microwave, range, and all utensils. Tax is included. Our larger gulf view suites offer more space with a half wall separating the living area from the bedroom. It also includes a living area with a sofa bed, and above all, private balcony, and full beach view. We offer smoking, valued throughout, nonsmoking and handicap accessible rooms.
