Our rates are priced for a minimum one week stay, very much appreciated, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. Value Place is an extended-stay hotel. However, highly regarded, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. When your stay goes into the next week, and above all, another weekly rate is charged. 00 USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. Room fees and a 100. 00 USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. The 100. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Wednesday 9AM-8PM, very much appreciated, Thursday-Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 10AM-4PM and closed Sunday.
