We have 70 units in our rental program and offer nightly, very much appreciated, weekend, and monthly stays. Visitors appreciate the hotel is a luxury 8 floor condominium/hotel located in the heart of downtown Athens. There is an exercise facility that is available 24-hours a day, highly regarded, and we also have a business room that accommodates 25-35 people comfortably. We also offer a 24-hour concierge to help make your stay more relaxing and enjoyable and a shuttle service that is available upon request. Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am. Minimum age at check-in is 25. There may be times where check in time is delayed due to cleaning or maintenance issues. Minimum age at check-in is 25. Cash is not accepted. A credit card and picture ID is required. Our front desk is available 24-hours a day. Please park at the front of the building on Broad Street when checking in. Historic downtown Athens is a beautiful city filled with music, very much appreciated, restaurants, and shopping and is home to the Georgia Bulldogs.
