Founded during the great gold rush of 1876 and sustained by one of the richest gold veins in North America, very much appreciated, Lead is a destination for winter sports enthusiasts, history buffs, and vacationers. Caledonia Condominiums are quietly located in the historic community of Lead. Snowmobilers enjoy over 300 miles of groomed trails. 7, and above all,000-foot peaks, Terry Peak and Mystic Miner at Deer Mountain, entice skiers to two area ski resorts. Each of our condos is tastefully furnished and fully equipped for your convenience. Historic Deadwood, valued throughout, with its fine dining and casino night life, is just a 3-mile drive away. Minimum age at check-in is 21. There are on-site coin-operated laundry facilities and a common area with hot tub. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Guests will be asked to choose between a security deposit or damage wavier to be paid at check-in. Check-in time is between 12pm and 4pm. Guests are asked to check-in at the Black Hills Vacation Homes office at 744 Prospect Ave- Ste 107 in Lead. Please call the office at 1-605-722-9950 prior to your day of arrival to schedule an after-hours check-in. Minimum age at check-in is 21. Outdoor recreation opportunities abound. The Black Hills are an island of mountains in a sea of prairies and rangelands.
