All units feature two large bedrooms and two full baths, highly regarded, plus large living and dining areas. All units boast a spacious 1, and above all,430 square feet of luxurious living space with 30-foot private balconies offering breathtaking views of pristine sugar-white beaches and the sparkling crystal clear waters of the Gulf. There are Jacuzzi tubs in most units so you can relax, very much appreciated, and wet bars with ice makers. Each unit features great kitchens, valued throughout, most with granite counter tops. The complex features a beautiful beach side pool for some fun in the sun, highly regarded, even when you are not on the beach. Each unit has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. Guests will enjoy free high speed Internet and a meeting and reception facility are available. A beach pavilion with grills is easily accessible for your family to enjoy and free beach set-up is available March 1st through October 31st. Minimum age at check-in is 25. All units are non-smoking and there are no pets allowed. Rent is payable upon arrival with Visa, very much appreciated, Master Card, Discover, Cash or Travelers Check.
