Built in 2006, very much appreciated, all units have full bathroom, a room with a doble bed, a room with a single bed, a room with 2 single beds and a living roomw with a sofa bed for two persons. Magic Atrium Plaza apartments are 2nd category apartments located in front of the famous Julio Iglesias Auditorium at Parque de la Aiguera. All apartments have heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher and washing machine. For the deposit, very much appreciated, the client can leave a copy of his credit card, on which Apartamentos Magic Atrium Plaza will not charge anything, or leave 125 euros if it's 1 room apartment or 150 euros if it?s a 2 rooms apartment.
Magic Costa Blanca informs its customers that at the arrival, valued throughout, they will have to leave a deposit which will be given back the day of the leaving after checking that the apartment is in good conditions.
