The building is in the 3rd district; which is a very nice residential district in the heart of Vienna; very central yet quiet. The infrastructure and public transport connections are excellent; the Kardinal Nagl Platz on the underground line U3 is about a 5 minute walk away. With the underground you need to travel 2 stations to transfer onto the express connection to the airport and only 4 stations to the city centre. The local bus stop is about a 2 minute walk away.

Travel information

Schwechat Airport : From Schwechat International Airport; head southeast on Inlandstrasse towards Nordstrasse. Turn right at Nordstrasse. Nordstrasse turns slightly left and becomes Towerstrasse. Turn left at Ausfahrtsstrasse. Continue straight ahead to stay on Ausfahrtsstrasse. Take the ramp to A4 and keep right at the fork to continue towards A4
toll road. Keep left at the fork following signs for A4-Wien and merge onto A4
toll road. Take the exit towards Erdberg-B221 toll road. Merge onto Schuettelstrasse following signs for Erdberg-B221. Turn left at B221-Stadionallee and continue to follow B221. Turn right at Landstrasser Hauptstrasse. Turn right at Apostelgasse.
From Schwechat International Airport there is an express train to Wien Mitte. Change onto the U3 and exit at the 2nd stop.
