The house is surrounded by 28 hectares of fig, very much appreciated, almond, carob, and fruit trees and a forest of holm oaks and pine trees. Sa Rota, valued throughout, situated in the centre of Majorca, is a XVIII century stately home built on a hill overlooking a fertile valley and the northern mountain range of the island. br br The gardens, highly regarded, terraces and secluded corners of the property invite the visitor to enjoy evenings outdoors surrounded by nature. The peaceful setting ensures a pleasant stay in a family atmosphere. br br The rooms are decorated in the typical authentic Majorca style, very much appreciated, both simple and traditional, with homemade materials and antique furniture restored by the owner of the house. br br The house and its annexe buildings, valued throughout, today converted into five apartments, which is one of them with two bedrooms, and two double rooms, have been carefully restored using materials typical of the indigenous architecture and preserving its original features. br br Beautiful panoramic views of the countryside and mountains can be admired from all the terraces and bedroom windows. Tradition and comfort assure a pleasant comfortable stay. br br 4 kilometres from Lloret de Vistalegre and Sineu br 35 kilometres from the city of Palma de Mallorca br 29 kilometres from Palma Airport. br br Choose between bed and breakfast in a double room or a self-catering apartment.
