The AL SERRO Restaurant, which takes its name from the ancient area where the Hotel is built, can accommodate up to 250 people and is also opened to general public. The restaurant, particularly bright thanks to the wide crystal facade, has a large terrace that, during the summer, becomes the ideal place for romantic dinners, open-air aperitifs, business lunches or parties up to 400 people. The high level of the cuisine, the experience of the chef, inspired by Liguria and Genoese traditional cookery, -with a special consideration for the products of Valpolcevera- and by international cuisine, and the care in the selection of the ingredients, are the distinctive features of AL SERRO Restaurant. Guests can rely on the advice of the chef or taste A La Carte classical and new flavors. The wine list presents selected wines, and offers not only our best national production, but also foreign wines and the best champagne.
