We can easily be reached by car or bus.
In the heart of the city which remotes back to the medieval times - within walking distance from Hotel Pombalense you can enjoy the historical downtown with museum - churches - the castle - outdoor markets - Every week on Monday and Thursday - The biweekly market with the fish from our coast and the fresh vegetables from the local farmers. You have the opportunity to learn how to make cheese and taste good wine from the region and other things that the richness of the Sico Region can provide to all the visitors. You can visit beautiful places where you can enjoy the nature in the mountain - Sico Mountain - or by the sea and taste the good traditional cheese - Raba Cheese.
The hotel is only 6 years old and has 40 rooms each equipped with air conditioning - telephone - mini-bar - hair dryer - Cable TV - internet access and safe free of charge.
Due to our excellent location - you can easily visit other places near to Pombal such as Fatima - Leiria - Batalha - Alcobaca - Tomar - Coimbra - Figueira da Foz - Aveiro - Conimbriga and Rabacal Roman Ruins among others - and also to see - listen and appreciate the traditional music of Fado and Foclore.
