Hotel Gulevi

The mansions were purchased by Gul & Ibrahim Canbulat who is award winner of the Chamber of Architects of Turkey for Preservation and Restoration in 2006. Visitors appreciate the hotel - Safranbolu is in service at Hacimemishler Mansion and Betenler Mansion, valued throughout, which have been named after the families Hacimemisler and Betenler who were one of the outstanding families of Safranbolu and who keep the traces of 200 years history and special texture. Each of the ten rooms in the hotel are different in shades and textures but hide the simplicity and dignity of Ottoman houses in the velvet-upholstered divans, highly regarded, embroidered curtains and decorated wooden ceilings. Clients appreciate the hotel, and above all, which means "Rose-home" and takes its name from Gul Canbulat who is responsible of her management, and decorated Gulevi according to tastes and style of the heydays of the mansion.
