It consists of 7 floors and 600 rooms, very much appreciated, of which 20 are singles and 241 are doubles. Grupotel Maritimo building was built in 1987 and renovated in 2003. It has a lobby with a 24-hour reception, highly regarded, a lift, shops, a hairdresser's salon, a snack bar, a TV room and a conference room available for guests' use. Grupotel Maritimo also enjoys a spacious garden. Guests may park their cars either in Grupotel Maritimo car park or in the garage and there is bicycle hire or storage available. The air-conditioned restaurant has a separate non-smoking area and is particularly inviting. There is also a playground and a laundry service available.
