From the North : Take highway A28 in the direction of Zwolle. Take the exit Emmen which will bring you on to the dual - carriage way N34 in the direction of Emmen. Please take the exit Emmen - Zuid (meaning Emmen - South). Drive to the end of this exit and at the roundabout please take the third exit right. Take the second exit left and follow this road until you reach traffic lights, here you turn right and then take the first road to the right. Tulip Inn ten Cate is located on your right hand side.

From the East : Take highway A28 in the direction of Groningen. When you have nearly reached Hoogeveen the road number will change into A37 in the direction of Emmen. After 25 kilometres take roadnumber N34 (left) to Emmen. When you approach Emmen take exit Emmen - Zuid (meaning Emmen - South), drive to the end of this exit and turn rigth, then take the first turning on your left. Follow this road until you reach traffic lights, here you turn right and the take the first road to the right.

From the West : Take highway A9 to Utrecht, highway A1 in the direction of Amersfoort, highway A28 to Zwolle / Groningen. When you nearly reached Hoogeveen, the roadnumber will change into A37. After 25 kilometres turn right in the direction of Emmen (N34). When you approach Emmem please take the exit Emmen-Zuid, drive to the end of this exit and turn right, then take the first turning on your left. Follow this road until you reach traffic lights, here you turn right and then take the first road to your right.

From Schiphol Airport : Schiphol - Airport: take highway A4 to Amsterdam, A9 to Utrecht, A1 to Amersfoort, A28 to Zwolle / Groningen. When you nearly reached Hoogeveen the road number will change into A37. After 25 kilometres turn right in the direction of Emmen (N34). When you approach Emmen please take the exit Emmen-Zuid, drive to the end of this exit and turn right, then take the first turning on your left. Follow this road until you reach traffic lights, here you turn right, then take the first road to your right.
