Located 2 blocks from Convention Center, valued throughout, next door to Smoky Mountain National Park and 100 yards from Ober Gatlinburg Tram. Transporation around Gatlinburg and to the attractions in Pigeon Forge is a snap, highly regarded, as the Guest House is a pick up point on the Gatlinburg Trolley. Our great location is only two tenths of a mile from the base of Ski Ober Mountain and just two blocks from all the activities of downtown Gatlinburg. After a day at the park, very much appreciated, touring or visiting the attractions take a long soak in our outdoor 8 person hot tub! A perfect ending to a great day in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. The Trolley runs seasonally from 8am until 11pm daily with pick up at the lobby every 25 minutes.
