Reservations must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival to avoid a penalty fee of 10 Euro. Less than 30 days before arrival: first night. No Shows: If guest doesn't cancel their booking before arrival we charge a penalty of 100pct of the total amount.

There is a free transfer service for our guests to the beach and town center, several times per day.

From the Airport to Property : Take a Taxi or bus number 1 to Playa Bastian.
By car: Take road Arrecife to Yaiza LZ2 until you get to the roundabout in Playa del Cable.
Then take road LZ101 and get on road LZ14. Continue towards Avenida Las Palmeras.
