Situated in Figline Valdarno- in the valley of the river Arno that cuts trough the Chianti area- surrounded by a private square and consisting of 18 newly build marble lined apartments- equipped with the highest standard for the comfort of the clients. The private balconies vary from 36 square feet to 630 square feet- according to the apartments. All of the apartments have satellite TV- and individually controllable central heating. Parking free of charge; all apartments have direct access by lift from the underground garage. The first floor is 10 yards high of the ground- giving extra privacy and panoramic views from the private terraces of each apartment. The train station is within a very short walking distance.
